Sparkling apple ice cider - 375 ml
The sparkling ice cider is made exclusively with Golden Russet apples. This vintage is produced by blending 30% by cryo-extraction and 70% by cryo-concentration. Lengthy cold temperature fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks until a balance is reached in acidity/sugar. The carbon gas dissolved in the cider during the bottling process adds freshness to this product and makes it an ideal aperitif.
