Apple ice cider - 200 ml
Our ice cider is made exclusively with Golden Russet apples. This vintage is produced by blending 30% cryo-extraction and 70% cryo-concentration. Lengthy cold temperature fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks until a balance is reached in acidity/sugar. The fermentation is stopped by tangential filtration to preserve as much flavour as possible. Barley sugar and dried apricot flavours can be noted.
