Rosé apple cider - 200 ml
The Pomineau is a rosé cider made with Cortland apples, the only apple variety for which fermentation on marc is possible due to its antioxidative properties. Several days’ fermentation is necessary in order to release the pigmentation from the skins. The fermentation is fortified with 15° apple brandy to achieve fermentative security. It is aged with medium toast American oak, which brings out lovely notes of maple.
