Sparkling wine - 750 ml
The Sparkling Rosé is a dry sparkling wine made according to the traditional champagne method. The grape clusters are pressed whole in order to extract as little pigmentation as possible. The primary fermentation is quick and takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve neutrality. Thereafter, the wine is bottled and aged on racks for 8 to 10 months for the secondary fermentation. This lively wine has fine bubbles and notes of wild strawberries.
